移民购房注意点

  1. 认清房屋建造年代。以温哥华的独立屋为例,一般新房,占地较小;旧房占地较大。新房有时在室内布局,例如采光和通风方面可能会不如旧房好。但是新房不需要住户重新整修,而旧房由于屋顶、暖气、水管等因为使用时间过长,可能需要对旧房进行一定更换整修。

  2. 社区文化。一些新建成的社区,以及不成熟的社区,一是住户关系不稳定,二是管理和服务欠佳,基本无社区文化,环境比较杂乱,不适合有家庭的孩子学习成长。

MLS(Multiple Listing Service),是由加拿大房地产协会创建运作的,其官网MLS.CA是用来让加拿大房屋经纪人发布房屋买卖信息的网站,它也是加拿大目前最专业和最权威房地产网站。

普通人如果想通过MLS网站来发布卖房信息是不可以的,例如温哥华地区的民众想要卖房,必须通过该协会下属的某位房地产经纪人,由经纪人全权负责开价、签约等事宜,才能将自己的卖房信息发布至MLS网站中。
